Well, how about without them, without pancakes? No way. Pancakes – classic baking in a frying pan. For a long time, I could not find the perfect recipe for pancakes (they are too hard on water, too complicated on kefir, etc.), so that the pancakes were thin, soft and easy to prepare. 1. Pour milk and water into a bowl, add sugar, salt, and mix well.2. Add the eggs, beat thoroughly with a whisk.3. Gradually pour in the sifted flour, whisking constantly, the flour should completely interfere, without lumps.4. At the end, pour in the vegetable oil, mix. The dough will turn out as a very liquid sour cream.5. Heat a frying pan, preferably with a thick bottom, well. With a ladle, we collect the dough (about 1/3 of the ladle), pour it into the pan and, rotating the pan, distribute the dough evenly in a circular motion. Fry for about 15 seconds, until golden brown.6. Pry the edge of the pancake with a silicone spatula and turn it over (I turn it over with my hands, it’s not at all scary and not hot). Fry the second side, and also pry up the edge, remove from the pan.7. Grease the hot pancake with butter. Fry the pancakes from all the dough and put them in a pile.8. You can serve it with any syrup, condensed milk, melted chocolate, and whatever your imagination allows.Bon Appetit!!
