Jessika L: 16 Weeks Out!

So i am done with first week and almost done with second one. So far it has been great, have been focusing a lot on not wasting time and just doing my sets at a pace that gives me a nice sweat. I am good so far, not very tired, i think the idea that i’m working on a better me is definitely helping. My desire to prove that i can look better with hard work and dedication is showing. Can’t wait to see what happens in the next 2 weeks. What changes shall i see, how my diet will change, maybe less calories, or maybe it stays the same but my cardio will be higher. I do not know. I only pray that i can do this at least 90% perfect. Till then each week will have it’s own little goals like getting a new id, my driving licence. Only time will tell if all this hard work is enough :d Till then i can only do my best!
